Storyline: Hoping to make enough money through an overseas employer to live comfortably, Real Estate Developer Dan Sanders manages to convince his son, Tyler, and wife, Tammy, to re-locate in a remote corner of Oregon. But three months have passed, and still only nine - for working Dan Tyler and willing to endure this time. When real estate developer Dan Sanders finalizes plans to level a swath of pristine Oregon forest to make way for a soulless housing subdivision, a band of woodland creatures rises up to throw a monkey wrench into the greedy scheme. The animals also intervene by distributing the project's progress, intruding on his meetings, and even humiliating him. . Tyler does seem content after he meets with lovely Amber, but Tammy is concerned about her husband when he near-hysterically claims that local creatures, including beavers, ravens, bears, fox, etc. For the second phase of the entire forest will be cut down, and the project will take four more years! Just how much mischief from the furry critters can the businessman take before he calls it quits? The animals taking shelter in the forest are not about to watch their home be ravaged.
Led by a smart raccoon, the critters gather in the forest and devise a plan to stop the construction. In the Oregon wilderness, a real-estate developer's new housing subdivision faces a unique group of protestors: local woodland creatures who don't want their homes disturbed. Frustrated and fearing for his life, the land developer quits from his company, which is owned by a man named Neal Lyman.
