Explanation to Recipients Before Eligible Rollover Distributions Section 402 f Notice For qualified plans, section 403 b plans, and governmental section 457 b plans, the plan administrator must provide to each recipient of an eligible rollover distribution an explanation using either a written paper document or an electronic medium section 402 f notice.
