Pathways to Employment [p2e]
Is a new initiative from West Berkshire District Council aimed at bringing together employers and people who may have difficulty using traditional routes to employment.
A new web site p2e.org.uk was launched at a business breakfast June at Bayer on 29th June. Delegates from local businesses were urged by the speakers to support this local activity.
DIWB is actively supporting the effort and will keep updating our readers on a regular basis. There are lots of different things going on to support disabled people in West Berkshire and we see Pathways to Employment as a great opportunity to make these efforts more targeted and coordinated.
